Our home is Westhofen, an old market town in southern Rheinhessen. It is a landscape marked by gentle slopes, where vines have been cultivated since Roman times.
The large garden with its Mediterranean and tropical plants bears witness to the unique mild climate around Westhofen.

We carefully process our hand-picked grapes in the new press house. Today’s modern presses are as gentle as the traditional basket presses of the past.
The heart of the wine estate: the underground vaulted cellar. After gentle pressing, this is where the musts ferment spontaneously with their own natural yeasts in oak casks.
